Korea International Trade Association (president Duck soo Han) held “Special Seminar on Online Marketing for Export” jointly with Google Korea on April 22 (Tues.). About 250 executives and employees from small-and-medium-sized companies who are interested in online marketing participated in the seminar where experts from Google Korea and KITA introduced three online marketing strategies that can be utilized by domestic exporters to identify buyers. 

 

The three online marketing strategies pointed out by experts are testing the possibilities of B2B export utilizing B2C shopping mall, checking interest in a certain product and identifying market cycle by the nation using big data held by search engine like Google’s “Global Market Finder” or “Google Trend”, and conducting an active marketing activities by analyzing visitors to company website.   

 

Shon Taekyu, head of e-Biz Service Group of KITA said “small-and-medium-sized companies can exert an effective marketing for export by understanding online marketing environment, which is being globalized rapidly and utilizing online marketing well.” emphasizing the importance of strategic online marketing.
